Short Rib Mole

Slow Braised Beef Short rib smothered with Nego Mole sauce, finished with Plantain chips, queso Fresco and Pepitas. Plated with white Rice and black beans  

 Pollo Asada Chimichurri

Grilled marinated chicken, served with onions & peppers on bed of black beans and jalapeno rice,  finished with fresh chimichurri

POSTRE

 Churros

Cream filled tossed in cinnamon and sugar topped with caramel sauce, chocolate and whipped cream
