Sonya Meyer brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the realm of communication and performance. She has performed and directed all over the Roaring Fork Valley. A graduate of The Groundlings Improv in LA and The Upright Citizen’s Brigade in NYC, she has two solo cabaret shows and has performed everywhere from cruises, to comedy, from opera to TV. Recognizing the importance of effective communication and presence in today’s competitive landscape, Sonya is passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential on stage and in professional settings to command a room and make a lasting impact.
